Four tornadoes were confirmed in Manitoba by Environment Canada, including two given a preliminary mid to high end EF2 rating. The first touched down in Waywayseecappo First Nation, 280 km northwest of Winnipeg. Seven homes were damaged and one destroyed and the tornado also overturned a school bus.
