Southern Ontario again saw 2 tornadoes confirmed, spawning from the same storm system. The second, also an EF1, happened around a half hour later in the town of New Tecumseth, northeast of Orangeville. It damaged 18 properties along a 10 km path, including a horse barn where one horse perished. A house also sustained major damage to the garage where the roof was torn off. No injures were reported from either twister.
