Numerous site-built homes and mobile homes, an apartment complex, a strip mall, and other businesses sustained mostly roof and minor structural damage. A carport was destroyed, and a garage was partially pushed inward as well. Many trees and tree limbs were snapped along the path. The tornado dissipated just 900 yards (820 m) east of the National Weather Service Office in Tulsa.
