This tornado touched down to the southwest of Claremore as the Tulsa tornado dissipated slightly off to the west. Numerous homes were damaged, with a group of homes in one area sustaining severe roof and wall damage, and several barns were either damaged or destroyed, including several at Will Rogers Downs moments before the tornado dissipated. Numerous trees were downed along the path.
