Large wedge tornado touched down southwest of Turley and moved through northern Tulsa, damaging numerous homes and businesses, destroying barns, causing significant damage to several metal industrial buildings, and throwing a horse trailer 50 yards (46 m) into a lake. In Rogers County, many more homes were damaged and several homes under construction, a few barns, and a business were all destroyed. Many trees were downed, and numerous power poles were snapped along the path.
