This is the first Massachusetts tornado on record during the month of February. Two homes were damaged by fallen trees in Goshen. Farther east in and near Conway, numerous trees were snapped or uprooted and numerous power lines were downed, blocking many roadways. Several houses were severely damaged, with roofs ripped off; one house had its side walls collapsed. A large barn was collapsed.
