This destructive tornado moved directly through the town of Oak Grove, causing major damage. 483 homes and 10 businesses were damaged or destroyed, including a few poorly-anchored homes that were leveled or swept from their foundations. Trees were downed and outbuildings were destroyed outside of town as well. Twelve people were injured, three of whom were hospitalized.
